SANKO VENTURE

One of the larger tankers to call Montréal in recent years, SANKO VENTURE is shown while upbound on the St.Lawrence River off Verchères on August 5, 2007. The 229-meter long crude oil tanker is loaded with 44,000 metric tons of different grades of diesel oil and is running at a slow pace because of her 10.4-meter draught. Marc Piché photo.
