Nippon Reefer

Lauritzen's Nippon Reefer, one of several similar ships built in Japan, in her case in 1982, and placed under various flags with an option to buy. When the Kroner and Yen were favourably matched Lauritzen did so and I think she was under the Danish flag at this time. Still tarading as Nippon Star. A sight we will not see again as Lauritzen recently withdrew from the refrigerated trades and will concentrate on bulkers and tankers in future.
