MELBOURNE STAR |
May 7 1942 the grey painted MELBOURNE STAR on the floating dock, Wellington. Built in 1936 for the Blue Star Line she was destined to only have a short career as she was torpedoed and sunk 480 miles souh-east of Bermuda on 2 April 1943. |
