ASTUTE

Here's one for the fans of the nifty 60s navy. British Royal Navy submarine ASTUTE as shown while departing Halifax in January 1962 Built in 1945 as a A-class unit, she was restyled in the 1950s and used as a training sub for the RCN's anti-submarine surface vessels (at the time when this photo was taken).
