A very tragic ship indeed. She was built for BI by Stephen's at Linthouse in Glasgow and handed over to them on November 3 1910.
On November 5th she sailed from Plymouth on her maiden voyage and on 7th was posted as missing believed to have foundered in Biscay in a storm with the loss of 90 lives.
