A memory of the Fairfield built County Class destroyer which I see from this month's WSS magazine MARINE NEWS is beached at Aliaga in Turkey for scrapping. She became the Chilean (ALMIRANTE) BLANCO ENCALADA. She arrived there on 28th February. This shot was taken off McInroy's Point on the Clyde in March 1985.
