PANAGHIS VERGOTTIS |
Cory Clyde tugs THUNDERER and BANTRY BAY assisting SD14 PANAGHIS VERGOTTIS towards James Watt Dock in Greenock in March 1988. THUNDERER was built by Lamont's at Port Glasgow as WARRIOR for Steel and Bennie and renamed to give the name to a Harrison bulker. She is now sailing as IRON BULL. BANTRY BAY was built by Charles Holmes at Beverley in 1968 for service at Whiddy Island. She was broken up about 1995-6 I think. |
