IBN HAYYAN

One of the 13 standard vessels built on the Clyde between 1974 and 1978 for the then Kuwait Shipping Co. Another batch were built under licence in Korea by Hyundai. This shot was taken in 1975 as IBN HAYYAN returned from trials.In the background is reefer LOCH LOMOND fitting out and her sister LOCH MAREE can be seen on the building berth at the former Charles Connell yard which became Scotstoun Marine.
