COWES CASTLE

The Southampton Isle of Wight and South of England Royal Mail Steam Packet Co or the less grand Red Funnel have operated a ferry service between Southampton and the Isle of Wight since the middle of the 19th century. COWES CASTLE was one of the first generation of car and passenger ferries and I took this at Cowes in 1975.
