CLANSMAN

A fairly new Caledonian Macbrayne ferry CLANSMAN departing from Ardrossan in January 1999 on the run to Brodick on the Isle of Arran. She entered service on the inter-island run from Oban during the summer of 1998 after delivery from the Appledore shipyard in Devon. During the winter overhaul season she came to the Clyde to fill in for the regular Arran ferry CALEDONIAN ISLES and has done so ever since I think.
