BISMARCK

On 27th May 1941 BISMARCK was sunk following an engagement with Royal Navy warships. She had a crew of about 2400 of whom just over 100 were saved from the water. Let us remember them. This magnificent deadly warship was built in Hamburg by Blohm and Voss and was launched on 14th February 1939, a little over 70 years ago.
