Seatrain Delaware

"Seatrain Delaware" sailing from Jacksonville. Built by Marinship Corporation, Sausalito, California in 1944 as the tanker "Mission San Gabriel", a higher powered version of the T2 design completed as a USN oiler. 1966 converted to container ship in Savannah and renamed. Also intended to carry military stores and equipment. Appears to have heavy rails on deck and no hatches so presumably all cargo was carried on deck
