CP VENTURE

A rare sight on the St.Lawrence River. CP VENTURE is shown while anchored off Sorel-Tracy on December 15, 2005. Usually large container ships like her don't anchor but proceed directly to their berths at the Port of Montréal Racine Terminal. She had to wait some 15 hours until another vessel had vacated her assigned berth before being allowed to reach her intended destination. Marc Piché photo.
