ASTURIAS |
Taken in Australian waters during WW2. Built by Harland and Wolff at Belfast in 1926 for Royal Mail she was originally twin funnelled but was rebuilt in 1934. She ended her career at Faslane on the Clyde in September 1957 but not before enjoying a brief glimpse of fame playing TITANIC for A Night to Remember. |
