HMS MANCHESTER

Batch 3 Royal Navy Type 42 destroyer taken on the Clyde on 5th October 2008 escorting QUEEN ELIZABETH 2 on her final visit to Clydeside prior to her sale to new owners in Dubai to become a hotel. HMS MANCHESTER was built by Vickers at Barrow in 1980.
