In view of the recent discovery of the wreck of HMAS Sydney I thought this photo might be of interest as it shows the Straat Malakka, the ship the Kormoran claimed to be at the time of her engagement with Sydney. From left ships are Dunedin Star, Argentinean Reefer, Maunganui, Straat Malakka, Tasmania Star, City of Carlisle and Wairata.
