09/07/1977: Grounded off Port Said during a voyage from Karachi to Leghorn and sustained considerable bottom damage. After refloating she arrived 12 Jul 1977 at Piraeus where following examination, she was declared a constructive total loss. Reported sold and renamed GEORGIOS FRANGAKIS but never traded, and sold to shipbreakers.
