Caltex T2 Crew Change

The origin of this photo is unsure. It was sent to me by a friend whose Father in Law,now deceased , probably took it in the 1950's or 60's.
What is known is :
He was a Chief Engineer with Caltex and the photo shows a crew change taking place off Bombay.
The tanker is a Caltex T2.
The photo is probably taken from outside the Chief Engineeers cabin , which was Starboard side aft.
