Previous Next
The Italian owned Liberty Ships ERETTEO is seen (it is assumed) passing through the Great Bitter Lake, Suez Canal, during a voyage from Mormugao to Trieste where she arrived on 5th May 1965. ERETTEO subsequently grounded on 20th September 1965 near Uglegorsk during a voyage from Poronaisk to India with a cargo of woodpulp reels. She was refloated on about 20th October 1965 and broken up in the USSR.
