CLAN MATHESON

She was the second of the three Clan Ms built by the Greenock Dockyard for Clan Line .
She and her sister, CLAN MALCOLM were completed in 1957 and CLAN MENZIES in 1958.
This shot from Erskine Bridge of CLAN MATHESON was taken in August 1978 as she headed upriver to Glasgow.
This would be her last visit as she went for scrap at Kaohsiung in December of the same year.
