Fushimi was the lead ship of the Fushimi-class gunboats of the Imperial Japanese Navy.Served on the Yangtze River. In drydock at Mitsubishi Shipyard's Konan Dockyard, Kionguan, China, 10-24 July 1942. 29 November 1944 bombed and sunk near Anking. Raised and towed to Shanghai. Stripped of armament 10 January 1945 to bolster land defences. Given to the Republic of China as war reparation Sept, 1945 and renamed Kiang Hsi. 1949 captured by Chinese Communists and renamed by the People's Liberation Army(Navy) Chaing Feng.
