Campsa owns five sisterships of 8.000 tons each, three in service and two under construction, named respectively Campomanes, Campas, Campuzano, Campero and Campeche, built at Cadiz (Echeverrieta y Sociedad Espa?ola de Construcci?n Naval) and Valencia (Uni?n Naval de Levante) Ship?s Yards.

Build in 1932 by Union Naval de Lavante Valencia Spain as " COMPUZANO "

Their main particulars are:

LOA: 405 feet. B: 57,60 feet, Draught: 24 feet; Displacement 12.000 tons, DWT 8.000 tons.

The propulsion of these ships, is composed by two Diesel Engines Burmeister & Wain, of six cylinders, four strokes, simple effect and pneumatic injection, of 2.800/3.100 hp, which furnishes to the ships one speed of 12,50 Knots with cargo. The engines which at the present time are under construction are of similar characteristics, but Sulzer type and built in Spain by the workshops of Sestao, of the Naval Construiction. These ships have 24 tanks for loading.

These ships count for their electric services with two Diesel dynamo groups, type Burmeister and Wain of 100 hp to 400 rpm, two coupled cylinders to a 66 kw dynamo to 220 volts.

A generating group of steam of 30 kw., moved by a machine Mathew Paul and two groups converters for system of illumination to 110 volts, direct current of 15 kw each one, moved by electrical engine of 18 kw., to 220 volts, type Siemens.
